During an interview with MaximOnline magazine, Kirill Didenok discussed the essential qualities to look for in a rising star in the blogging world. According to him, the main criteria include being sporty, patriotic, and having minimal media experience. Ideally, the blogger should also possess a sense of humor and be willing to appear on numerous comedy shows. Additionally, Didenok added that it would be even better if the blogger is a family-oriented person over the age of 30-35.
Amidst the increased demand for Russian services following the slowdown of YouTube, Didenok also highlighted the key difference between Russian and foreign bloggers. He stated, "In Russia, there is currently no institution of cancellation. And I think that's a good thing. Let me explain. The culture of cancellation thrives in America, Europe, and Asia. Celebrities and influencers have to carefully think about every word they say or write." He further noted, "Meanwhile, in Russia, we have a different mentality. We have a broad mind, capable of forgiving almost anything. Of course, this is often uneducational and allows for some very unpleasant and ethically questionable things to happen from time to time. But at the same time, we give people a chance to make amends, while abroad, a mistake from 15 years ago, without careful examination, can end someone's career and 'cancel' them completely."
Recently, YouTube stopped working in many regions of Russia. According to the Telegram channel "Radiotochka NSN," disruptions were observed in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Crimea, and several other regions.
