On September 13th, there will be two court hearings on the case of singer Larisa Dolina. The first hearing will discuss Dolina's lawsuit against apartment buyer Polina Lurie, seeking to invalidate the sale of the property. The second hearing will consider Lurie's counterclaim against Dolina, demanding that she and her daughter be evicted from the apartment and deregistered.
Dolina claims that the sale of the apartment was made under the influence of third parties' deception, while Lurie argues that Dolina and her daughter should no longer have the right to use the property. Experts suggest that the sale of the luxury property may be deemed invalid.
Earlier this year, Dolina became a victim of fraud when she was convinced to sell her luxury apartment in the center of Moscow and transfer the funds to a supposedly secure account. Criminal proceedings were initiated, and a freeze was placed on the singer's apartment. It was later revealed that the perpetrators were posing as law enforcement officers and persuaded Dolina to save her money from unlawful attacks.
One of the individuals involved in the scheme, Angela Tsyrulnikova, was arrested for facilitating the transfer of money to the fraudsters. The apartment was ultimately purchased by a 34-year-old single mother named Polina Lurie. In late August, Dolina filed a lawsuit against the new owner. However, recent reports indicate that Lurie has filed a counterclaim against Dolina.
